Been away for a while, become a bit of a hermit. I hope that everyone is ok. :hello2:

I need a job doing and couldn't find anyone who would do it so due to an urgency now doing it myself. I have some questions to ask and different trades to learn so look forward to any advise and pointers. My first post will be in building work and will be rather long but please bear with me. :-)
