I think I may have asked this question before but can't find it now.
I dot and dabbed one of my living room walls a few months ago. I'm not planning on having it skimmed. I only plan on painting the wall but intend to use lining paper first just to cover some blemishes. Whats the best way to prepare the wall for lining paper? Would I just use a watered solution of paste to size the wall or am I best using some form of sealer?

How to prep a new plasterboard wall
I've kind of answered my own question. I've ordered some Solvite wall sealer. Just for anyone asking the same question in future.
