Baxi solo 2 50pf whooshing noise

Hello , can anyone help ,
I have a Baxi solo 2 50pf (20 plus years old )boiler , vented system . Over the years it’s had a new PCB , new fan , and new thermostat .
The rads all get hot and hot water too , however after a minute of the boiler firing up , I get a really loud water whooshing noise in the pipes so loud it wakes me up in the morning!
I’ve drained it ,cleaned the small tank out then added Sentinal x800 and run it for a few days , drained it again and then filled it up and added inhibitor's and I’m still getting the loud whooshing noise . any ideas ???

I have a Solo 15HE about 11 years old, the only time Ive heard a woosh noise was when it needed bleeding after a rad change
