Bay Window Trim

When I moved into my house I hated the way somebody had cased in the bay window, as you can see from the photos it was very shabbily boxed in with wood and painted.
I am looking for the most professional look to do the window.
As you can see from the photos there is concrete that protrudes on the bay window joints.
Any advice on how best to tackle it?

I would say we need a photo taken back from windows, to include the whole bay and please do a preview to be sure it is right way up!
