ya know what might work..... might give a mm or so clearence... get a clamp that you can flip around to force the cabinets apart. just a mm or so would do it.

see that type you can take the end ff and swap it to the other end so you use it as a spreader rather than to clamp stuff together.

Thinking along those lines what about trying a car jack and a bit of wood to spread the gap, it only has to move 1 mm. The jack might be too big but you get the idea.

Actually thinking about it the OP has said the machine is lifted up so any type of spreader would probably have no room a the top and the bottom is an under-cabinet void. Now it is raised a bit you might be able to tie a rope onto the washing machine frame and get a few mates in to give it a haul, that should do it.

No idea how that is supposed to work, but what I will say is don't even think about tying a rope around any part of a washing machine. They are poorly built and have no structure.
If you don't mind making a mess, squirt washing up liquid on the top of the W/M towards the sides (Both sides) and leave it for a few hours. The idea is the liquid runs down the sides (Between the w/m and the cabinets) and then lift and pull the W/M forwards, push it down, repeat several times.
The idea of washing up liquid is it acts as a lube, and is easy to wash off, unlike oil.
Above are my opinions Below is my signature.

Would you hit a nail with a shoe because you don't have a hammer? of course not, then why work on anything electrical without a means of testing Click Here to buy a "tester" just because it works, does NOT mean it is safe.

Well, there is a degree of lateral thought here, I was thinking that a rope could be pushed in the top and pulled from the bottom to encircle the machine for hauling but as SE points out the machines no longer have a frame as such, and are more of a monocoque construct. The idea of washing up liquid might be good in principle but it is too viscous to creep, penetrating oil is much thinner and it would leech down the gap perhaps easing it. All just ideas.
