Is this emulsion OK to use ?

This tin of paint is very thick, its not lumpy or seperated and could probably go on ok , its like a thick cream, is this brand supposed to be like this or has it gone off ?

I don't think it's gone, ask the manufacturer, this is their number 0333 222 7878. I have Dulux oil based paint from 2006 in the garage, used it few months ago.
