I'm about to let out a property and have recently had a gas check. The gas engineer advised and removed a gas pipe which hasn't been used for years leaving a bit of a mess exposed.
I'm now having trouble patching it up. I can't seem to get a colour sample right for either side. My mum had painted the walls and kept them looking good but I don't know the colour or have any paint pots around. She used to have a large dresser there so if the Tennant had one it wouldn't be noticeable. I would still like it tidy for when they are shown around though.
Someone has advised me just to get a flat piece of white trunking almost to cover up the overlap of wall paper? The poppy style wallpaper shown slightly is what's under the green.
