Bath tile

Hi getting bathroom refurbished and not sure if this ok see pics.fitter say will silicone it and be level im not too sure.what can be done? Dark grey Tiles touching bath others a gap.and light grey tile has small bit touching bath and tile nxt to it has gap.does it need some trim or tiles need redoing?

:welcomeuhm: more pics please, just a general shot of the gaps around all the tiling showing whether they are even or not. as for the sealant it should even up the work, just make sure the tiler fills the bath before applying the silicon...

Black tile in pic touching bath.1st pic where tiles meet,.......looks very uneven and tile on left is sloped and touching bath with bigger gap to left.cant see how silicone will cover tile that touching bath next to tile that isn't.will it need re doing? Anyone?
