Outlook won't open on my laptop

Hello

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this question but is anyone having a problem opening Outlook on their laptop?

I have the icon on my taskbar and it was working fine earlier but now it won't open at all, despite rebooting several times and doing a virus scan.

I've also tried repairing it by going into the app settings but that hasn't worked.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

If a programme on your PC does not work, I would uninstall it, then re-install it. I personally do not use Outlook, I would suggest Thunderbird (It is totally free) Click me I have been using it for many years.

Go into your program files folder on windows explorer and try opening the outlook.exe file from there. It might just be a corrupt shortcut file.

outlook or outlook express ?
