Loose toilet seat fitting, can it be fixed?

Post by Jackknowsnothing »

Hi all, simple question. My toilet seat has become loose, I removed it and found the part which attaches the seat to the base to be loose. Not sure if it can be fixed or needs to be replaced? Please see the attached pictures. Thanks for any help!

there's a crack in the toilet seat, fixing it might work but if the damage is significant, you're likely better off just replacing it.
