Even you know its not safe.
Above are my opinions Below is my signature.

Would you hit a nail with a shoe because you don't have a hammer? of course not, then why work on anything electrical without a means of testing Click Here to buy a "tester" just because it works, does NOT mean it is safe.

 If gloom had a voice, it would be me.

1) Twin and earth cable is not flexible, it is not suitable to use with a 13 amp plug. It will not lend its self to being gripped by the plugs cable grips.
2) The knockout needs a stuffing gland, with will also grip the cable as well as stopping anything falling in the hole.
3) Outgoing cable also need some type of clamp.

Agree will all previous comments but if you think about it it’s not that bad IN THEORY. Assuming the fuses in the plug haven’t been replaced by a nail or whatever the whole lot is run from a plug. A fused plug. The whole caboodle can’t draw more than 13 amps. Yes there would be an alarming bang if s 13 amp fuse blows.
Is it pretty? No. Is it recommended? No. Would I do it? No.
When all you have is a hammer, every problem is a nail.
