zx diesel injector pump leaking

anyone know anything about the diesel injector pump on a '96 citroen zx 1.9? (same engine in peugeot)
it's leaking from the throttle stem seal on top of the pump, not much, just a weep but at the end of the day it's still leaking & dripping diesel all over the place :cb
it looks like you can take the top cover off without breaking any seals, & it's probably just a "O" ring needed that's worn, just wanted to find out if anything is going to go "fring" if i take the cover off, & will it need set up again :scratch:
a new pump would probably be more than the car is worth :cussing:

What pump is fitted to the car ? is it Lucas or Bosch?

it's the lucas, have taken top cover off & removed the 2 "O" rings off shaft
will get a couple of new ones tomorrow & hopefully job's a goodun [fingers crossed smiley]
