brighton play the absolutely dreadfull aston villa next sunday. aston villa will deliberately get beat just so brighton win the championship and the disgracefull aston villa fans will support brighton on the day too.

so it will make our game v barnsley matterless

well after that absolutely amazing end of the season for newcastle united a couple of weeks back we come to this weekend.

its the final of the fa vase at wembley

my home town team south shields are playing cleethorpes town.

as far as i know about 13000 sand dancers are on their way to wembley this weekend. its pretty increddible for a town of 75k population.

everyone is talking about it. im sooooooo excited for this weekend. i reaaaaalllly cant wait

wembley is an awesome stadium. and to see my home town team play there is gonna be mint like.

im also so pleased that julio arca is gonna get his chance to play at wembley and especially so as its in an area that he has clearly felt at home for so many years since he played for both sunderland and the smog monsters

was absolutely awesome. had a totally mint weekend. south shields won 4-0 at wembley. the first national trophy in the history of the club.

not sure exactly how many south shields fans there was but it was over 12000 i think.

the game was a bit one sided and in the end south shields players fitness clearly was significantly better than cleethorpes town's fitness levels. in the end they were chasing shadows.

walking around wembley at half time on the concorse with a pint i saw lads and lasses i know from the cranny, the vig and the westoe, i saw builders i know too. was propper weird doing that.

when we went to covent garden the night before and got out the taxi and walked round the corner to hundreds of shields fans shouting and singing was amazing. theres a shields lass that has a pub down there now and they ran out of beer

we got our hotel for a good price too. £40 per person per night.

just being in bars and seeing all ya mates and all that was class like



keep an eye out for south shields like. they have a millionaire chairman. he wants to get them into the football league.
