CD burning thread! where did come from! well on Monday it will be a week since I got feedback reccomending disaplinary action! so i have spent the best part of the week waiting for them to take action! either they are making me sweat or the spanners I through in has messed them up, usually they act as soon as they can! just hate the barstewards! I think the fact that an employee instagated the investigation and not management has saved me! but who knows! I was in the wrong but a u have to defend yourself and they, as far as I am concerned they messed up on proceedure!moderator2 wrote:I've moved this from your CD burning thread. Re: Hell at work
Well it will be 2 weeks this coming Monday since I found out I was facing a warning, I slipped up and was banged to rights! but looks like procedure was not followed as the Staff hand book says, Investigations have to instigated by line management! They effed up again, I don't believe my luck any other day but that day and there would have been a manager there to start it! Need to buy a lotto ticket.
the guy who started it without managerial responsibilities probably thought he could court favour to get back to his original position, he is not leader and none of our team believe in him, in fact we have been covering up for him for to long and now I'm reporting any mistakes he makes to out acting team leader, it's personal now! though I don't like thinking like this!

Re: Hell at work
its sad when the human element where compassion and common scence is replaced by rigid regulation not allowing a bit off flexability and compassion
the world cannot survive where rules and regs are the be all and end all without local compassion and care
