I might get one of those, I've no specific job for one, but I'm sure once I have it I'll think of a use for it.

Anybody used these before?
i have the liddles version [different to abouve]and iff you use the collet jaws as a reducer it fits the bosch dremel style tool as do dremmel bits

Anyone know if the Aldi car windscreen wiper blades are any good? Bought some yesterday for £8.99 but after an internet search think I've overpaid for something which may not be too great (can't find exact reviews), thinking about taking them back.

Can't say anything about the Aldi offering in particular, but generally "inexpensive" blades have harder/inferior rubber in them and tend to judder annoyingly. They're OK when you want to get a car through it's MOT before selling it.....

Well, the Aldi multi tool has been given a good thrashing over the last few days doing a cloakroom re-vamp. I have used it for grout removal between floor tiles, cutting holes and slots in the vanity unit, and even some pipes at ones stage. It has been fine for the money!

Went into local Aldi yesterday in Glasgow and they are selling the multi tool with £10 off. Picked up two as presents for £19.99 each. Absolute bargain. Don't know if it is local store only. For the Weegies on the forum. It was the Cardonald store and they had at least a dozen yesterday.

Good luck.

No problem Dickie.

Fin. A weegie is someone from Glasgow. People from Glasgow are known as Glaswegians. So we are called weegies for short. Some people like it some people don't. It doesn't bother me to be honest.

Here is a link.

ahh cool. im a sand dancer. and a friend of mine has a lass who is a weegie. dunno if she would like being called a weegie tho.

most people would call me a geordie. i have a friend from cornwall that works at sea. he has a house in my town and sort of lives between here and cornwall. he may be away from south shields for years at a time. then all of a sudden ill hear hello geordie. and he appears. obviously i call him cornish in return

heres my town on wiki
