Hi,
I got a company to make a lid for my record player.
Is there any way that I can make the edges/joint join togeter like on the original lid?
The original lid is constructed the smae way as the new one ( I can see that from the inside)

Acrylic lid for record player
Back in the day Amstrad paid a fortune for the moulds to make the acrylic plastic covers for record player decks that were fashionable. They were all in one seamless. The top you have has been assembled from sheet and I don't know of any way to hide the seams.

I think any attempt to hide the joins/edges is likely to end up looking like a dogs breakfast as the solution you are seeking would involve solvent welding/filling the edges. Very hard to do yet keep the optical features of the corners/edges.

Yes and even if you managed to fill the outer so it was smooth, you'd still see the joint inside.
Looks a decent job as is TBH.
