Howdens handleless profile

Whats the best way to cut the howdens metal profiles, I've got a decent metal blade in the chop saw but whats the best side to cut from?

ive not fitted a howdens handleless kitchen yet. done a benchmarx kitchen a few years back which was the same sorta thing. i just used the standard blade on my kapex mitre saw to cut them.. just gan canny its dead easy to cut em short
