Masking tape has removed paint in some spot and I need help fixing that

Hi everyone!
I'm almost over with my bathroom renovation. Unfortunately while I was painting the walls, I used the masking tape I had at home (cheap :( ) and when I removed that, the day after, it removed the ceiling paint in some spot.

The ceiling was painted the week before, since the room was newly plastered (over a month ago), I have used Dulux plaster sealer and after 24 hours I gave two coat of paint in the ceiling. My questions now are:

Do you think that the paint got removed due to the cheap masking tape (I bought some frog tape now that I plan to remove immediately after patching the damaged spot)?

Or you think that the paint got removed where the Dulux plaster sealer was somehow missing?

I don't have a picture with me, but the spots are smaller than a 10p coin.

Also, about fixing those spots:

Should I give another quick brush of the Plaster sealer over the damaged spot and then brush them with paint the day after or can I just paint over those?

If this is somehow relevant, the paint I've used is Dulux brilliant white for bathroom
