XBOX 360

What crap these are.
I've had one now for about 18 month's and it doesn't get used for more than a couple of hours per week and now it has packed up (ring of death syndrome) and looking at different sites it seems this is a common occurrence, only good thing is that microsoft will repair it for free, but how long will that last as it seems to have a built in defect, i nearly had a good excuse to buy a PS3 (and tell the missus i found it) anybody thinking of buying one these beware
If you think nobody cares, try missing a couple of payments..

I'm on my third one now, I've heard reports of people returning thier 360's with 3 red lights and instead of getting a new console as a replacement MS have sent them a refurb so beware! I dont know how they could tell the difference tho?

From what i can gather, this was a huge problem but it's not so much any more. They still refurbish the broken ones, but with better parts.

Unfortunately there are still a few old versions kicking about and it sounds like you got one!
Currently destroying his first house!!
