FUJITSU AMILO Notebook Li 3910 Computer Problem. {WINDOWS 10}
When using computer, `windows` pop up appears stating – it needs to shut down & restart again and again and again repeatedly nonstop. Having to enter password every time, for the whole procedure to start again. P.C inoperable, please advice, thank you.

I had a similar thing on my laptop, I could not resolve it and had to get a new one. It just seemed it got into a fatal loop. YouTube has lots of help https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IUKHp4Q_Fls

I am not a computer geek, but often with laptops they are used and never maintained. The fans and inlets get blocked with fluff and dead skin (I clean my desktop pc's every other year, its amazing what a build up of stuff there is) when blocked it causes over heating, so it shuts down to protect itself.
When did you last clean your laptop. (Dont even mention the stuff keyboards collect)

Would you hit a nail with a shoe because you don't have a hammer? of course not, then why work on anything electrical without a means of testing Click Here to buy a "tester" just because it works, does NOT mean it is safe.
If gloom had a voice, it would be me.

If you cannot fix and don't mind loosing all your data on the drive and can access the boot menu and don't want to scrap the machine, my option, as I have done on 3 old laptops, is to burn an ISO of Linux Mint 21 Venessa and become a Linux convert, if you don't understand what I have written then don't try; I had a mentor.

First off, boot it in to safe mode with networking (F8 at boot) - does it charge when plugged in ?
