Elektra Beckum TKHS 315 parts

Post by Shambles »

Hi. New to the forum and hoping for help.
I have an Elektra Beckum TKHS 315 tablesaw which I’ve recently inherited. Good looking sturdy site saw but I have a problem, the rise and fall spindle bolt and associated bracket have been stripped of all their thread. I’ve contacted Elektra Beckum / Metabo and have been informed that the part is unavailable I’ve also tried all stockist but once again both parts are unavailable, just thought I’d ask the question on here to see if anyone might know where I may be able to get these parts from. Cheers in advance. Alan

How come you inherited it? Could it have been because it doesn't work properly? If the maker of the product says parts are not available, I suggest you are going to have a hard / impossible time. One site I looked at that had spares only listed 7 parts for your saw, 6 of them were blades.

You can get a new table saw for £210. I know it's easy for me to say, but sometimes you have to call it a day.
Above are my opinions Below is my signature.

Would you hit a nail with a shoe because you don't have a hammer? of course not, then why work on anything electrical without a means of testing Click Here to buy a "tester" just because it works, does NOT mean it is safe.

things like ebay for second hand parts for your saw or your saw sold as "spares or repairs" but knowing the failure is not the part you require
you could also try solent powertools as they often seem to sell generic parts
