Skimming after tile removal

Hi, first post here and would appreciate your help.

I’ve takes some tiles off a wall in the kitchen that has pulled the plaster off to that plaster board in patches. Could I skim this with multi finish?

You could, but if you are re-tiling then it's not necessary.
