I recently got a new toilet and 90° pan connector. The pan connector fits snuggly, but for some reason whenever I run my fingers around the pan connector to check for leaks, it feels wet, even the flat area just under the spigot feels wet but I haven't observed a leak (no dripping or spray, nothing). I'm assuming it's condensation, but is it normal to have a lot of condensation around and under the spigot?

Not normal, picture would be good as cannot imagine flat area.

The area immediately around the new pan connector and "made in UAE" bust is what feels slightly wet to the touch. Water isn't pouring down from top to bottom, but simply emerging on its surface (which is why I assume it may be condensation?). The area that feels the most wet is the exposed porcelain (dark blue line). The toilet has been in use for one day and so far all seems good. Interestingly, the wetness has disappeared?

The reason why I'm a bit on edge, is because I initially fitted the new toilet with the old pan connector, only to discover a pool of water gathered under the front of the toilet 30 mins later. Since refitting the toilet no such pool has appeared at the front.

The pan connector has baffle rings that create a seal when you push the spigot in. I have had one leak like that in the past and I simply pulled it back and forth a couple of times to get the baffles to grip uniformly. Try that it might help.

No. I only put a slither of soapy water on to both ends of the pan connector: the seal that slips over the spigot, and the seal that slips into the waste pipe.

I guess, if lined up nicely and no side or vertical force then, despite it looking good, what brand of 90*.
I only say this as some cheaper models use inferior rubber and the seal profile and number of ribs might be inferior to say McAlpine.
Some castings can be bad, oval or rough edges and some have very short stubs which don't engage fully into the sealing ribs.

My old pan connector was made by Viva, and to be honest, the plastic felt a lot better on the Viva, but the seal on the Aquaflow seems to be just as good as the Viva when it was brand new. Ideally I would've purchased a McAlpine, but they were out of stock and the job needed to be done asap, as my mother suffers from osteoarthritis and I didn't want her to keep on having to climb to the 2nd floor bathroom.
