Hi everyone,
So far I’ve put 2 coats of Little Greene Intelligent Matt emulsion on my walls and as you can see from the photo there is grinning which from filler and Zinsser Bin.
What do you think I should do and should I carry on with a third coat?

Zinsser BIN is an excellent blocker but is known to "flash" more coats will solve it.
Did you stir the tin fully right to the bottom of the tin?

Worth mentioning as well, that any emulsion over a shellac or alkyd stainblock, will take longer to achieve readiness to re-coat, as the water content has to dry outwards from these areas. Over other areas, some of the water content is absorbed, and it dries quicker.
It may have worked up and reactivated. This will destroy the opacity of the first coat.

A dry absorbent base will grip paint a lot better than a waterproof one - in other words the first layer or two of paint when going over Bin will go on thinly.
