Hi All,
I came across this forum and thought I'd join to seek some advice from the community. I'm renovating my 1840's Victorian home and currently working on the main bathroom and at the stage where id like to paint before the tiling and bathroom is installed and would like some advise on which products to use. I'll be using my airless sprayer (Wagner 350), and ive painted the walls already with two mist coats of contractors Matt white when they were initially plastered.
Areas which need painting are the following.
1. walls
2. ceilings
3. coving
4. MDF paneling
5. wood trims & doors
As theres many bare surfaces, I would like to use a product that I can spray on all areas. I've heard great things about Zinsser BIN and BIN Aqua products, and I'm considering using one of these as a primer for all surfaces.
After priming, I’m a bit unsure about what paint to choose that would be suitable for a bathroom. Is there an all round undercoat I can use for all surfaces? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!
