Hi
I have some mixed size ceramic floor tiles and i need to get one or two of them up. They are not cracked and are pretty thick ,

is there a technique for getting them up please?

I'm afraid you will have to break them to get them up!

Drill them in the centre and then score them and break them out from the hole in the centre using a hammer and chisel/strong screwdriver.

Here is how to drill them-

As the good advice from UHM but in addition if you can, grind out the
grout joint with a thin diamond blade around the tile, which cuts down the
chance of damage to the next tile
I use a 2mm wet stone blade in a small angle grinder for this type of job

That is a good point

The Bosch PMF 180E would also be good for that, with the correct tile cutting blade.
