Is it a cavity wall where the problem is?

the problem is on an outside wall ,one part just single brick like an out house , the other i think is cavity, but nothing outside just the neighbours back garden

could be a few things here
either cold damp walls transferring air/moisture through the dots
or possibly the wrong type of adhesive used to adhere the plasterboard, and the plasterboard has pulled the "oils" or WHY in the adhesive to the warm side of the wall.
