UHF coax and mains seperation?

Can I run coax for regular / freeview TV next to the ring main over a run of about 3 mtrs?

I'm worried the signal will pick up some hum from the mains.

Any thoughts? Cheers...

its not ideal but as long as you have a decent signal from the aerial I cant see a big problem
