Need damp proofing help?

I have a celar which needs damp proofing as we are short for space we need to use the celar for storge the damp seems to be rising into the walls.

I would be obliged if you could guide me as what to do to this situation. :help:

All depends on your budget and how far you want to go with it?, also post a few pics of the walls and the floor
If you think nobody cares, try missing a couple of payments..
