did a bathroom floor that the tiles had cracked all the way along a joist. ive never used it before and it is like rubber. got it for 18.99inc for the bag and bottle. when i was in my builders merchants they wanted 31 plus vat
i was told the bal fastflex(?) was about £40.
a bathroom fitter i spoke to says he uses nothing but superflex on floors as it isnt worth the chance. was thinking the same from now on after seeing this floor. mind you the tiles i ripped up were only thin.
