This site Rocks! Thanks.

Hi, my name is Lisa and I live in Toulouse, France. My husband and I bought a house about a year and a half ago and are renovating it ourselves.

I am hoping that my husband will visit this site as it is just a font of knowledge and advice, but I'm sure he will continue to do things his way. I can still hope.

He designs planes for a living and I think he's over-engineering the house.

Thanks again for this excellent website. I'll be back often.

Best, Lisa

Hiya, thanks for the warm welcome. My typing may be a bit off 'cause I had the after drinks munchies and my hands are covered in BBQ chicken.

Really, I have some before pics, but the after are hard, 'cause the man starts many projects at a time .......

....yeh I know, never do that. That's what I tell him, but you are all men and you know that you can N E V E R take advice from a W O M A N. God forbid! The whole dynamic might change, things might get done. Correctly!

Jus' teasin'. Thanks again for the warm welcome and for the guy who likes sausage - actually, it's known for no food products and planes. I live in the foothills - in the south-west and not IN Toulouse itself. Got a great gaf REAL cheap and the houses here are going for 400,000 euros minimum up to 2.5m. If we play our cards right, (and the man listens to the woman) we'll have a big profit come time to leave.

Best, Lisa (aka Wild Gift)
