DIY Paradise
Well sometimes you can spot a DIY paradise before you even enter the front door and sometimes you can't. Luckily this is only a flat because if he had a house feck knows what the outside would look like pmsl.
Pics of flooring to hall, lounge, kitchen. also an **** attempt at fitting a kitchen. I did his daughters bathroom earlier this year and her kitchen last month and so luckily he got me to do the bathroom in his flat.
I haven't a clue why people try to do what they haven't got the skill to finish to a good standard. Looked at a house to buy a few days ago and all the dodgey DIY in that one would cost about 30K to put right, so funnily enough we declined to put an offer in for it.

Thats the kind of house that you want to run screaming from!
If at first you don't succeed - remove all evidence that you tried.
