Seeing pics within threads

Having trouble seeing pics that people post within threads.

Dont even get an outline of where the pic should be :?

It doesnt only happen here, but on another forum that runs different software (vbulletin)

Is it something to do with my settings?? or maybe the way the pics are posted?

Can be a real pain sometimes.

Any ideas?

What program do you use to view the internet?

Internet explorer or something else?

I don't know the answer, but it might help someone else answer it :wink:

I use IE6, on XP home, with SP2....

For what its worth, idont have any trouble with pics at TT...

Perhaps Chez, you could post a couple of pics in different ways to narrow it down...?

Click here and tell us if you can see an image?

It should open a new window, it's an image on my site if you can see it you may have images turned off for UHM.

How did you post them? did you use the add attachment button on the reply page?

No in the thread I use the [img] tag, if you hit the button above the posting window it fills them in for you.

I'm not using IE any more (I dumped it so long ago) so I'm rusty with the functions, I'm rusty with the functions of Mozilla Firefox (that I recommend) to as I don't mess with them.

Yes, i can see 3 in your Jaeger, 2 in yours Chez.

It must be something to do with them dastardly image tag jobbies :lol:
