Will SRB Take Traffic?

Post by Jaeger_S2k »

Hi,
Want to seal the new concrete as it generating lots of dust.

Will be tiling the 2 areas carpet the rest.

PVA has been applied to the carpet area.

Will SRB take traffic as there's some work to be done pre tiling and if applied over PVA will that be OK.

Tiles are brown backed so not ceramic what adhesive is recommended?

Tiles are 314mm square and 12mm thick.

Tiling Utility and Kitchen area.

I would only seal the floor just before tiling, that way no more dust will fall onto floor.

If the tiles are porcelain then go for Bal Rapidset, if Ceramic then Bal Rapidset.

So that'll be no.

And use Bal Rapidset no matter what you've got.

I very rarely have to tile onto concrete, it's all timber for me so I use Rapidset Flexible, on the odd occasion I do Porcelain or natural stone on concrete I use Rapidset in white or grey depending on grout colour.
