word has changed my fonts!

trying to type up some quotes, so opened up a previous one in word to amend it. for some bizarre reason, the fonts appear completely different. for instance, the header at the top is in arial, but looks nothing like it, although if you select the text it claims it is arial.

why?????????

Run a serahc for normal.dot and delete it. Restart and try again.
