Ordered a sander Saturday last.
Waiting for it from Tuesday onwards. Still no joy come Friday. Rang them up.
Its not been dispatched yet.
"Its not an item we keep in our warehouse"
"So its out of stock then?"
"No, its not out of stock, we just dont keep them in our warehouse"



Only ordered it from there because i assumed it was in stock

If its not sent on Monday i'm cancelling the order.

used them twice in 2006 no probs
still 5 years is a long time on the internet

Thing is, i tried getting one direct from the manufacturer, who tell me its out of stock until October with them, best bet is to get it from a shop that has it in stock.

i think a lot off companys have minimal stock and rely on manufacturers next day delivery to give a 2 or 3 day delivery slot to you and assume they will be in stock when taking the order:dunno:

I decided i could manage without for a couple of weeks so left it on order, in the meantime, they emailed to say it would be out of stock until mid November.

Sunday night, i ordered it from somewhere else, thought id ring and cancel the other order Monday when i get home.

Checked my emails Monday lunchtime, to find one from Tooled up, saying it had now been dispatched

I have just used Tool Venture. It arrived quicker than a nun banged by 3 monks.

They show in/out of stock and next day delivery is standard.

I would use them again. Unlike some internet firms that take the order and payment then write and let you know it will not be in stock for 5 weeks!
