Servowarm control panel manual required

Hi
Have a query re a Servowarm control panel.
We moved in a few months ago to a new flat which has a combi heating / water boiler (Worcester 28Si).
Running off this is a Servowarm panel and remote control (can’t find a model spec on these) – does anyone know where I can get a copy of a manual for the remote as I cannot seemingly set it to how I want (it is stuck on the previous home owner’s settings) and I can only manually turn the heating on via this when needed?
The panel itself has 2 buttons (“Prog” and “Ch), and the remote has temp up & down buttons, and a “prog” button, along with a “+” and “-“

Any help on this would be massively appreciated!
