Black and White victorian tiled path

Am pricing a job that includes ripping up an old path and putting in a victorian tiled path. Customer not decided yet, but looks like will be 7 meters long by 1.7 wide, 50mm tiles set at a 45 degree and with 2 frames or edgings of black strip tiles.

Questions are: do those tiles come like mosaic, in sheets?

Any tilers in London want to give me a ballpark , to sub it out to I mean.
