Had a salesman round today (welding/fabrication equiptment specialists)
They have started to do a line in hand tools, amonst their brands, thaey have Britool, Facom, Sealey and Silverline....

"Yeah, the silverline spanner are good quality, really nice, like the sealey ones"

Did you buy a size smaller than you required, to allow for stretch?

A firm that I buy tools from in Blackburn stocks Teng and also sells silverline.

The silverline guarantee is good and they will replace anything that has broken, but it's the hassle of trying to to the job and failing because the tool was crap in the first place and then going and having it replaced with another crap one :!:
