kitchen unit/door not level

I have a few carcasses here for what will be an added on section in one of my properties.

carcass went together fine
door all hung bla bla.

however the top of the door will not stay straight
it sort of drops off on the side furthest from the hinges.
and the back peice of hardboard wont sit 100% in on the hinge side
Ive included pics.

no matter what adjustments I make it will not stay..

then by accident I leant on the carcass toward the back and realised that if you pulled the carcass slightly to one edge the door would align and the board would sit in.

any ideas?

ive checked for level etc adjusted hinges.

the back panel will be square the cabinet should be lined up to match it and fixed/glued to it

you need to square up the unit and nail/screw the back panel in to hold it square

Cheers both

I dismantled the unit
And re assembled it around the panel

Its improved slightly

But as soon as the door is hung it pulls it out of square
Not as much as before but still does pull it out...
As though the door is too heavy?

Might be an idea to add a few of these..

http://www.diy.com/nav/fix/hardware/joi ... ing_blocks

To re-inforce the carcass, (making sure it's square)

If that doesn't work then heavier duty hinges are called for..

Fix it to the wall before you hang the door, fix all (any) adjacent cupboards together.
