B & Q Cooke & Lewis Kitchen, Soft Draw Close Probs

Hello,
Installed kitchen about 9 months ago. We look after it and only my wife really uses the kitchen, it's her pride and joy and v careful with it.
Initially, som of the soft closers on the 900mm cabinet doors allowed doors to slam shut rather than self, soft close - they sent us new closers, ok but others playing up.
New problem and my main query, the drawers soft closers/runners, the main draw under the hob that is frequently used, about 4/5 times a day, seems as though the closer is not fully soft closing ie allowing the draw to lightly slam shut rather than goes to close, slows and gentle close. Like I said, we look after our goods - what worries me that in a couple of months time warranty will be out - these systems usually break down that quick, especially the draws?
Anyone esle suffer from these closer problems?
i will ring B&Q in a week or so to get new set of runners and fit
Thanks in advance.
