New Turf - now or later??

Post by steves plastering »

My garden is desperate, bloody dogs...

Is it too early in the year to lay turf or is there a way around it??
You'll never know if you don't ask.......or try and then balls it up and learn by the last balls up, but still...best ask!

just found this statement off a site

Turf is a mature, hardy plant and can be laid all year round. If your turf is delivered and there is frost on the ground then wait for the frost to lift before putting your turf down. Once the turf is laid any further frosts won’t harm it.

as ben said i would leave until at least march
