New Turf - now or later??

My garden is desperate, bloody dogs...
Is it too early in the year to lay turf or is there a way around it??

Need to leave it 'till at least March....especially as were about to have an Arctic blast

just found this statement off a site
Turf is a mature, hardy plant and can be laid all year round. If your turf is delivered and there is frost on the ground then wait for the frost to lift before putting your turf down. Once the turf is laid any further frosts won’t harm it.
as ben said i would leave until at least march
