a 20w led claims to run for 4 and charge in about 5hrs
in actual fact it was nearer 3hrs run and 5 hrs charge but very very bright
i have also bought another 20w at £9 cheaper i suspect its perhaps 30 or 40% less bright but the run time as we speak is into the fourth hour so well pleased

the chargers suggest the battery packs are a bit different
uhms one is 12.5 v charge this suggests 3x3.6v cells at 10.8v and a 15% overvolt to charge at 12.4
the other one is rated at 8.4v so 2x 3.6v at 7.2v + 17%
light just went out after 4 hours
now the way this would work is 6 cells in the first one 3 in parallel then 2x in series so 12v
the other will be 2 in parallel x3 in series
