Re: the uefa european championships
England will exit at the group stage IMO.
Roy hodgson needs his head looking at as well,I seen olly murs playing up front for them on Sunday...
The Germans will beat France in the final, that's my prediction.
Belgium will do well also, same with Spain.

No, actually, I can't be bothered.
I don't think England will win, but they could be good enough (if they play as well as they can) to do reasonably well. I can definitely see them getting past the group stage.

Re: the uefa european championships
England played the best I have seen for years and still managed to snatch defeat from the jaws of success. I knew that would happen, why didn't they just time waste for three minutes....mugs

Re: the uefa european championships
well...... its been a long while since I've really cared about england or been annoyed by their performance. but last night i was well angry. absolutely disgusting.
some footballers believe their own hype. i think the majority of the england team are included in that. alongside moussa sisssoko.
one of my mates who plays football with me came up to me in the pub after that debacle last night and said our team could have done a better job than that. and he's right. that england team has as much heart and desire as the newcastle team under steve mcclaren. atleast the buffoon of a manager has left his post. though its scary looking at who might succeed him..... i reakon england would probably lose to all the other home nation teams... and the win over the welsh was a total fluke.. they're a much better team than this england side

Re: the uefa european championships
How come the manager always resigns when the team does badly? Surely it's the fault of the players? They're the ones who should be sacked. Perhaps they should be paid on results!

Re: the uefa european championships
The manager chooses who will play and how they will play, he will change things as necessary during a game to try and achieve a successful outcome: these and other measures are his sole responsibility - if he cocks up big time stylee like last night he jacks it in - as in:- "The buck stops here"Timllfixit wrote:How come the manager always resigns when the team does badly?
