Damp under the sink

Hi, we've just moved into a new house. There is a smell of damp coming from under the sink in the kitchen, especially when wasing up. There is no leaks, but the wall is not properly insulated. There is a hole in plaster board where all the pipes come in. The concrete wall is cold and breezy. We found mould on the skirting board under the sink as well. Could anyone give advice what could we do to sort it out?? The house is 7 years old. I am not sure if that would come under 10 year waranty?

I would think that there is a small leak somewhere it does not need much. I think that the gap around the pipes into the wall needs to be sealed and depending on how big this is you could use silicone or if bigger expanding foam. When you drain the sink wipe some kitchen paper around all the waste pipes and check for water. Similarly check all the pipes to the taps in the same way.

A few pictures would be useful to see if anything is standing out as an issue.
