Shower niche

Are there any tips on making a niche in my shower wall. I know about having the tile that sits at the bottom sloping to allow the water to run out. How would you finish around the edges, with a chrome corner trim or just have the tile finish flush and grout the gap?

Just something like this cut to 45degree mitres in the corners?
