Hi all,

I'm a teacher and have 5 weeks off now and want to make some home improvements. I live in herts with my wife and a little one. I have very little skill and even less knowledge, so far i've managed to put some pictures and painted a few rooms. I will mostly post on the decorating forum, but I also want to work on my front door (paint, replace seals, replace knocker) which would be the best forum for that?

Hi, for the painting you would of course be best suited in decorating section.
For the seals & knocker in carpentry!

But don't worry too much just post 'em and we will sort it out . . .
