No hassle free email account info please

Post by Chemfree »

Hi,I`m dealing with a rogue Utility company who have disgraced themselves to a high level.
That organ grinder has now released their monkey onto me...big mistake, but hey,the deeper they dig themselves in the better...
....anyroadup,cutting to the chase, can someone recommend a free hassle-free email account I can set up to deal with the monkey.I will incorporate the Utility`s name+apt descriptor, in my email address.
I was tempted to buy one of those ten quid for a year domains to have as many as I fancy, but can`t think of another use for them,so not wasting valuable money on that one...I`m not thinking of going into the scamming game :)

Thanks folks.

N.B.Recording all my phone calls and callers to my property re Utilities has saved me a lot of grief.
Highly recommended.

Gmail, yahoo, Yandex, GMX, Zoho, Tutanota, AOL and outlook aka Hotmail, most isp's give you 10 addresses and many do give you burn accounts as well

Above are my opinions Below is my signature.

Would you hit a nail with a shoe because you don't have a hammer? of course not, then why work on anything electrical without a means of testing Click Here to buy a "tester" just because it works, does NOT mean it is safe.

A burn account is a temporary account that last 24 hours to 30 days or when you delete it, once its gone, its gone for good

I would recommend gmail all day long.

We have a lot of problems with Yahoo/BT and hotmail/outlook as well actually.

Sorry for delay,I fell down the stairs...but I`ve bounced back, haha.

Thanks someone-else,I clicked on that link and my existing Gmail account name flashed up.I suppose I have to delete my History and do that again, yes?
I saw your link to metre/meter,but didn`t click on that....surely metre is a measurement and meter is a noun or verb,ie gas meter...or to meter out...unless you`re American.
I did click on pic resizing because that could be handy...if only I didn`t have a defunct operating system.I will pose another photo-related Q by starting another thread.

BOB 225,thanks for that explanation,I reckon I need one of those...can you recommend any links that are easy to follow?Edit:Actually,I suppose I can just open a Gmail account and then delete it after using for my intended purpose...and that`ll be a burn account, yes?

Beav, thanks for replying,BT keep signing me out randomly, even while I`m compiling an email...grrh!

Heard this happens a lot and when people click "keep me signed in" it doesn't.

I`ll try again today and see if I can get one up&running without having to jump through hoops for the email providers.

Just use thunderbird, setup is ultra easy and it auto configs with most isp's

Chem.

Depending what browser your using use a inprivate tab aka incognito tab to set up a account

I downloaded Thunderbird.....that`s go,but then the cheapest option offered was gandi at £1.19 a year. They wanted my address....booga that for a game of soldiers.I`m not trusting my home address to some unknown email provider.I only want it to deal with a company that`s been a pain to me,rather than my usual email accounts.
I give up!
