Has anyone used the Aquaseal waterproofing kit on green moisture resistant plasterboard prior to tiling ?

nope. Provided you are using a decent quality bagged adhesive and know what you are doing, no need for it.

Thanks - For fixing ceramic 250mm x 330mm tiles to the moisture resistant plasterboard, can you recommend a good powder adhesive please ?

Mapie (sp?) is my preference,

But if you don't do a lot of tiling and need a slow setting addy then Topps tiles own brand slow set is good.
